By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

GENERAL

Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)
My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
You receive 3 free revisions. Additional revisions cost $5 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
If you request variant versions of a commissioned design, an additional fee of 50%-95% per variation will be applied depending on complexity.

All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $10 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
Complexity Fee is between $10-30) for all Commissions.
If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($35 USD)

Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. Any change after Sketch Approval/Delivery will be charged $10-$30 USD depending on complexity.
Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.
