The Spring Membership Campaign was created to transition C3 Training Kensington away from a free trial model toward a more intentional, paid offering that attracted committed members. The initial Spring Offer ran for 6 weeks and was extended to 8 due to strong demand and positive results.
After seeing its success, I proposed and implemented a paid two-week trial at $45 - designed to target people serious about joining and improve lead quality. This idea became part of our long-term marketing strategy, balancing accessibility with value and commitment.
