1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ButterflyDream (the “App” or “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

2. Service Description

The App is a dream journaling and analysis tool and mainly provides:

• Dream and reality record management;
• AI-powered dream analysis (requires subscription and separate data-sharing authorization);
• Optional iCloud sync;
• Subscription management and restore purchases via Apple StoreKit.

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

3. Eligibility

• You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the App with consent and guidance from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account and Device

• The App does not require a separate developer-operated account.
• Subscription, billing, and restore purchases rely on your Apple ID and Apple App Store systems.
• iCloud sync depends on your Apple iCloud account status and device settings.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Certain features (such as AI dream analysis) may require an active subscription.
• Subscription charges are billed by Apple to your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account subscription settings.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
