  1. Starting thumbs down, start to move your flag clockwise so it points down on 1. Your left hand will come off the pole cap and left arm will prepare to cross flag.

  1. Flag is pointing up at a slight angle and your left arm mirrors that (0:05)

  2. Flag is pointing down, and you move your flag so it starts to spin behind you. Your flag is also lowered slightly, and your left arm is at a 45 degree angle pointing down, mirroring your right arm.

  3. Your flag is now pointing up again and is almost completely behind your back. Your left arm is behind your back reaching for your flag

  4. Flag is fully behind your back and pointing straight down, left hand grabs onto flag, thumbs pointing towards the sky, and you let go with your right hand.

  5. Flag is now pointing up and extended a little more out to your side and your right arm now is moving out at an angle, 45 degrees pointing down, mirroring your left arm.

  6. Both arms are coming up, flag is pointing down

  7. Your flag pointing up again, but is slightly tilted forwards. This is because your flag is transitioning from behind you to back in front of you again. Right are is extended in a 45 degree angle upwards.

  8. Your flag is now in front of you pointing down and your right arm is reaching for the flag.

  9. Your flag will be pointing up and your left wrist will feel like it won’t be able to turn anymore, so your right hand will grab your flag thumbs down and you will let go with your left hand.

  10. Flag is pointing down again as it completes one last spin

  11. Left hand returns to the pole and grabs the bottom pole cap as flag is returned to ready position
