- With flag starting at an angle in front of you and right hand in blades, step out with your left foot. Use your left hand to push up flag.
- As you walk under your flag, your right arm is going to come up and you’re going to pass your right hand over your head very quickly. You’ll notice at (0:05) my left arm and my right arm are somewhat mirroring each other.
- On 3, your flag will come fully to a rest at an angle behind you, with your left arm still holding your bottom pole cap. Your right foot comes forward and is popped and your hips come up to the right, with your right arm coming down to your side
- Hips shift to your left , and your right hand look like it’s snapping, you want to draw attention to your hips.
