With Novochat, you will be able to set your business working hours and set up automated reply when your agents are out of office. These features are important to let your customer know when you will get back to them and improve customer experience.
In this tutorial, we'll guide you how to use Business Hours and Auto-Reply in Novochat Widget
Once you've logged into your NovoChat account and selected your workspace, navigate to 'Settings' in the left tab and choose 'Business Hours'
Under business hours, you will see the display of your business availability during the days. An edit button is also provided to customize your own
Once you click the button, a 'Working Hours Window' will appear. Then, you can set your preferred hours and days by hitting the dropdown menu. Don't forget to click 'save' once you're done.
Beside customizing your business hours, you can also set up an automated reply if the customers come outside working hours or days. Navigate to 'Auto-reply' under Business Hours tabs, then switch the toggle to enable it.
Once auto-reply is turned on, you will see template messages to pop up when the customers reach out to you. Novochat provides autoreply for both In-office and Out-of-office messages. Here you are allowed to customize template messages with your own. Once it's done, hit the 'update' button for the changes to take effect.
