Juro has big ambitions: replace MS Word as the default way to handle agreements. And we're going to need a lot of help doing it**.**
We need to build a strong pipeline to achieve our growth targets. To help us do that, we're looking for a Business Development Representative eager to learn and, with time, grow into our next Account Executive.
This role is a great chance for someone early or new to sales who wants to learn as much as possible in an environment where you'll have a tangible impact on the whole company.
gatekeeper for Juro. You will identify and qualify sales leads by being an exceptional first point of contact for the client. Your mission is to
spot opportunities for Juro to tackle the kinds of fundamental problems that keep our customers up at night. This means:
💥 Make an impact.
No waiting for a month before you get active; you do your first prospect calls in week 2. We also work through a 90-day plan with everyone who joins us as Business Development Representative to gradually get you up to speed with our platform and your targets, making sure you will visibly hit our bottom line.
📚 Work with great people.
James, our Director of Sales, will mentor you personally so you never feel like a cog in the machine like you might at larger organizations (the feeling usually creeps up at 200+ employees). You're part of a small, nimble team of (so far) 4 BDRs and 5 AEs that will help you out.
