Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word and DocuSign as the default way to agree contracts online. And we'll need a lot of help doing it**.**

Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.

The challenge:

We must build a healthy pipeline of companies that need Juro to solve their pains.

To do that, we're looking for Business Development Representatives (BDR) motivated to nurture a career in tech sales and grow into our next Account Executives (AE) within a year.

This is a great opportunity for you if you:

  1. 🌱 want to **grow rapidly** in a sales role (BDRs progress into AEs within ~12 months),
  2. 💰 Are motivated by hitting targets and the return it brings you (once an AE, you jump to **£90k earning potential**),
  3. 💥 want to have a **measurable impact** on a growing software business.

To be the gatekeeper for Juro.

You will identify and qualify sales leads by being a trusted and empathetic first point of contact for prospects. Your mission is to **spot opportunities** for Juro to tackle the kinds of fundamental problems that keep our customers up at night. This means:

  1. Consistently meet your target number of sales opportunities each month.
  2. Own multi-channel outreach + run rigorous qualification of prospects through discovery calls.
  3. Be super active prospecting the market and engaging contacts.
