We're a growing web3 design studio working across branding, digital, and creative projects. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to work closely with the founder to drive revenue growth and actively expand our client base.
This role is for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - you'll be responsible for bringing in money through direct sales while also building diverse business development strategies that shape how the studio scales.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue through active sales and client acquisition
- Refine pricing, services, and revenue structure
- Convert leads into projects, retainers, and long-term partnerships
- Identify and pursue diverse business development opportunities and partnerships
- Explore funding paths and strategic growth initiatives
- Track deal flow, sales metrics, and provide business insights
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Experience with creative/digital services is a plus
- Experience with web3
- Experience with startups, agencies, or studios
- Strong understanding of service-based businesses and pricing
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
