About the role

We’re growing rapidly and helping our clients close new business, re-invent their marketing, get their legal house in order, negotiate new rates, and more. To supercharge our work, we’re hiring a coach to advise on curriculum and provide guidance to our members.

We are looking for a business coach to join our team on a contract basis. We expect this person to contribute 5-10 hours / week. We are based in NYC and open to both in-person and remote work.

This role will influence many parts of our user experience. Responsibilities include:

• Act as a point of contact for Pollen members, helping them progress through our training programs and community.
• Set SMART goals with members and create strategies to hit those goals.
• Provide video, group and message based coaching to members.
• Provide individualized recommendations based on member’s businesses, skillsets and goals.
• Assist in development of educational material.
• Participate in the community and provide high quality contributions to the conversations.
• Assess business situations, work through challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Document customer feedback, questions, and insights to communicate to the Pollen team.
