Employees regularly have HR-related questions such as leave policies, reimbursement processes, attendance rules, holidays, and benefits. These questions are currently handled manually via emails, tickets, or chat messages, which leads to:

• High volume of repetitive queries for HR teams
• Delayed response times for employees
• Inconsistent or outdated information being shared
• Lower employee satisfaction and productivity

There is a need for a self-service, AI-powered chatbot that can instantly answer HR-related questions using official HR policy documents.
