For this final round of usability testing, I'll be recruiting three people: my friend Steve, my roommate Andy, and my roommate Matt. All of these participants do not currently use public transit, but they all used to at some point, and they are all familiar with transit apps similar to this one. Steve lives in Grand Rapids, MI, so he is much closer to the target demographic for this app.

For these usability tests, I set a scenario and six tasks for the participants:

During this test, imagine you live in Ann Arbor, and are leaving work to go home. You want to download a new app that claims to help bus riders find their bus and get to it on time. You need to

• Sign up for an account
• Find out how long you have to get to the Washington & State stop
• Find the next three ETAs of Bus 34 at Washington & State
• Find out when all seven bus lines are arriving at Washington & State
• Add Packard & Main to your Favorites
• From the Favorites menu, navigate to your house

I will also ask the participants a few follow-up questions:

• How does the app make you feel?
• What was easy?
• Were there any frustrations or hang ups?
