• Account information, such as your name, email address, and password credentials managed through our authentication provider
• Profile information, such as phone number and profile photo, if you choose to provide it
• Business data you create in the app, including products, inventory, customers, addresses, orders, invoices, and related notes
• Technical information required for app functionality and security

1. How We Use Information We use the collected information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide core app features
• Store and display your business data
• Improve reliability, security, and performance
• Respond to support or account-related requests

1. Data Sharing We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers only as needed to operate the app infrastructure, authentication, storage, and database services.
2. Data Retention We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and operate the app. If you request account deletion, your account and related data may be deleted according to the app’s deletion flow and operational requirements.
3. Account Deletion You can request account deletion from within the app. If you are an owner of a workspace, deleting your account may also remove workspace data associated with your account. If you are only a team member, your account and access may be removed while shared company data may remain available to other authorized users.
4. Security We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Children’s Privacy BulkFlow is not directed to children.
6. Your Rights Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
