Bulk Upload Excel Sheet Template

To upload multiple products at once, you can fill in the Bulk Upload Template on Excel/ Google Spreadsheets and upload it into the CMS.

Please refer to the appropriate template based on your LORA plan.

Template Guide:

The columns in the Excel template consists of the same fields in the Product creation page in the Dashboard.

1. Product Name:
   • This is the name or title of your product. It will be displayed in the shopping catalogue of your live shows.
2. Product Description (Optional):
   • Enter the product description of the product. Limited to 2500 characters.
3. Product Image (URL):
   • This is the product image link. If the images of your products is not online, you can upload them into a Google Drive or Dropbox folder, and copy the Share Link (ensure the folder is not private).
   • Take note that if you choose to copy the image link from Google Images, some images might be blocked by the owners from copying. This will result in a fail upload in the Dashboard.
4. Price:
   • This is the price of your product. You do not have to input the currency as the currency in your Dashboard settings will be used. It is an optional field.
5. SKU:
   • This is the Product ID or SKU of your product. It is an optional field, and only needed if you are using [Cart Integration](cart integration).
6. Discount Value (%):
   • This is the discount percentage to make your products appear attractive to purchase by viewers. It is an optional field.
7. Promo Price:
   • This is the price of the product after discount value. You do not have to input the currency as the currency in your Dashboard settings will be used. It is an optional field.
8. Product Link:
   • This is the URL that viewers will be directed to if they click on the products in the live show. Most of the time, this will be the product page on your website.
9. Product Tagging:
   • Product tags are labels that will be displayed on your product during the live show. You can only select from the dropdown options: None, New, Limited Time, or Running Low.
   • These can help to bring more attention or urgency to purchasing your products. You can change these tags during the live show.

<aside> 💡 TIP: Don’t worry about inputting the wrong information, you can still edit products after uploading into the Dashboard

After filling in the information, you can ‘Save As’ your spreadsheet in .xlsx or .csv format. Do not delete the Example row or headers, as it will result in misinformation of invalid rows when you upload the spreadsheet into the dashboard.
