Thanks to the team at Diligr for this one! We love working with great people to build on each others knowledge and experience so raising gets easier and easier.

Your Snapshot will be your new best friend in your capital raise. It's a digital fundraising tool to help you communicate to investors in the most effective way, so you can get in front VCs as quickly as possible.

We've spent a lot of time with venture investors, and have structured the Snapshot in a way that makes it easy for you to tell your fundraising story with real data, and for investors to make quick decisions based on that dataβ€” so you can spend your time with investors who are serious.

Getting started

You'll want to ensure your Snapshot is as complete as possible before sending it to investors so they have the best picture of your business to evaluate.

<aside> πŸ’‘ Tips before you start 1. Any information you don't provide won't show up your published Snapshot, so don't worry if there are some boxes you leave blank 2. That being said, try to complete as much as you can! 3. Your private link is for you to share with investors of your choosing. Just remember, don't put anything on there you aren't comfortable with an investor seeing. 4. Anything you put in your Snapshot must have the source data or calculations to back it up. Investors will check and it's never a good start providing false information!

Now's the time to give a little flavour to your pitch. This is where you can show off your communication skills, and investors will want to get a better sense of the qualitative aspects of your startup.

<aside> πŸ’‘ Pro tip: Keep these short and punchy – think less than 300 characters.
