- Let people know what you are working on and why.
- Have people 'come up on the stage', next to you. Let them make decisions and drive the direction of your product
- Open-source your challenges: ask openly for help or best practices when you run into a problem.
- Ask how you could improve your product/practices frequently. Ask for advice

- Help other builders when they need help. Address common themes/questions.
- Bring into the spotlight what works, but also what doesn't work. You can bring up something you want to focus on (e.g. churn rate), so that in a few months you'll be able to re-tweet/re-post that update and show progress
- Random screenshots of customer satisfaction. A piece of your 'wall of love'.
- Bring up a never-ending question you yourself have: freelancer or in-house? Open-source or not? Which stack?
