• [ ] Anthropic + Stripe credits redeemed from Lovable dashboard
• [x] WhatsApp build day group created and active

BUILD DAY (March 8th)

• [ ] Build session starts — each builder opens their assigned applicants
• [ ] First check-in at 4 hours in — share progress in WhatsApp group
• [ ] Second check-in at 8 hours — flag any blockers
• [ ] All 10 sites in "Review" status by end of build window
• [ ] Each builder reviews one other builder's sites (cross-check)

POST-BUILD (March 9–10)

• [ ] Final polish on any flagged sites
• [ ] Connect custom domains (for those who have one)
• [ ] Handover email sent to each applicant
• [ ] Transfer Lovable project to applicant's account
