Needs some amount of permanent modification to extra standoffs with pliers and cutters to fit a 60HE without damaging the PCB components (leading to a dead board)

This example uses the Cyberspace, neon purple case as an example, but this should be identical on all colorways of the case.

The standoffs that need to be removed are marked with tape here. I recommend taking a cutter and doing a vertical cut into the reinforcing braces on either side of each standoff, and then using the plier to wiggle the standoff back and forth to the side until it snaps off cleanly.

Once you’re done, the case should look something like this.

As with many custom cases, you may need to screw in the PCBA partially, and then adjust it slight from side to side to get the USB-C connector to line up perfectly, but it is definitely possible.

If the case sounds too hollow, you can apply foam or other dampening material as needed. Do keep in mind the need for 2-3mm of clearance between the top of the standoffs and anything below, since the PCBA components are bottom mounted. The distance between the back standoffs near the USB-C connector port and the braces should be roughly 2mm for comparison.

I decided to fill the case with ESD safe pillow stuffing to fill out the entire space, avoiding any need for cutting foam into small pieces between all of the reinforcing braces everywhere (as well as the two side pieces, which are very hollow.
