1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the BudgetCat mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and BudgetCat.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using BudgetCat, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Authentication and Security
- Third-Party Login: BudgetCat exclusively uses Google and Apple Authentication. We do not provide manual email/password registration. Your account security is subject to the terms of your chosen authentication provider.
- Account Deletion: In compliance with store policies, you may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Settings" menu within the App. Once deleted, this data (including uploaded images and financial records) is permanently removed from our Firebase servers and cannot be recovered.
4. Description of Services
BudgetCat is a personal productivity and financial organization tool offering:
- Expense and income tracking.
- Media attachments (Available for Premium Users).
- Budget planning and investment checklists.
- Cloud synchronization via Google Firebase.
5. Financial Disclaimer (Critical)
- Informational Use Only: BudgetCat is a tracking and organizational tool. It is not a financial, investment, or tax advisory service.
- No Professional Advice: Any data, "Investment Planner" features, or calculations provided within the app are for educational purposes only. We do not recommend the purchase or sale of any specific assets (e.g., Stocks, Crypto, Gold).
- Assumption of Risk: All financial decisions made based on information recorded or displayed in the App are at your own sole risk. BudgetCat is not liable for any financial losses.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Photos
- Storage: Premium users may upload images to Google Firebase.
