Budget Unbound: The Budget App

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Budget Unbound: The Budget App ("the App") operated by Dzmitry Kavalenka ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Budget Unbound is a personal budgeting application that allows you to track your income, expenses, and manage your budget. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some features of the App require you to create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers optional premium features through a paid subscription. Currently, we offer a monthly subscription plan.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
