By using the Buddy Pacer mobile application, website, and other digital services (such as contests or surveys) (collectively referred to as the "Services"), certain user information is collected. Additionally, through the Buddy Pacer app or website, users may share information with other Users, such as friends, clubs, and contacts ("Users"). In some cases, sharing this information may be necessary.

At Buddy Pacer, user privacy is a core priority—one of the key principles in the design and development of our Services and features, ensuring safety and trust. By using the app, the User agrees to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Data Controller The data controller is Buddy Pacer, S.L., a company legally established under the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, with registered offices at Calle Poeta Joan Maragall 49, 10ºD, Madrid, and the owner of the Buddy Pacer application (hereinafter, the “App” or “Buddy Pacer”).
