Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Brandilite provides subscription-based software development services (e.g., bug fixes, feature work, deployments, code reviews). Because our work is a service (not a physical product), “returns” do not apply in the traditional sense. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

2. 7-day refund window (general rule)

We do not generally issue refunds after 7 days from your initial subscription start date or purchase date (whichever applies).

The first 7 days are the primary period where refund requests are considered.

3. Eligibility within the first 7 days

Refunds within the first 7 days are generally considered only if:

“Development service used” may include (without limitation): starting work on a request, reviewing your codebase, access to private repositories, producing deliverables (e.g., pull requests), deployments, security audit work, or other engineering output.

4. Case-by-case review after service has been used

If development service has been used (including within the first 7 days), we may still consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis.
