We built The Branded because we were tired of watching good businesses burn money on siloed agencies and surface-level marketing. We’ve been on the founder side—scaling brands from scratch, managing budgets that had to perform, and trying to make sense of a dozen disconnected partners who didn’t get the full picture.

So we created a new agency model.

What The Job Is

This isn’t a copy job for someone who just wants to write pretty words. As our Brand & Marketing Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for crafting content that bridges brand and performance—think landing pages built to convert, product descriptions that communicate value and differentiate, lifecycle emails that nurture without sounding robotic, and social posts that actually say something.

You’ll need to understand what belongs where—and why. What makes a landing page convert. What a high-performing product description needs to include. What turns a social post into brand equity. And how to align messaging across channels without losing the thread.

This role requires strategic thinking as much as strong writing. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy and creative to turn brand positioning into clear, compelling, action-driving content that meets the moment and moves the needle. If you get excited about conversion flows, brand voice nuance, and shaping messaging that feels intentional from top-of-funnel to checkout—this is your lane.
