Parrot is a social platform for unbiased customer reviews and commerce-related conversations that brings together customers, businesses, UGC creators, and professional reviewers in a community.
For Customers: Parrot helps customers avoid bad buys through honest, and unbiased reviews from real customers in the Parrot community. They can check reviews by past customers, ask other Parrots (Parrot users) for product recommendations, and share their honest reviews. They can also find trustworthy businesses on the Parrot platform.
For Businesses: Parrot helps businesses gain visibility, collect customer reviews, and feedback, showcase the reviews to build trust, and analyse the data to obtain customer intelligence. Businesses will know what their customers think, feel, and want and can leverage this intelligence to drive growth.
For UGC Creators: Parrot gives UGC Creators a trusted place to share product/service/business discoveries, build their followers and community, and grow their influence through real product conversations. It also opens the door to brand partnership opportunities with companies that want more visibility and credibility with customers.
For Pro Reviewers: Parrot gives Pro Reviewers a dedicated platform to share in-depth, trustworthy reviews, grow their audience, and build authority in their niche. It also creates opportunities to partner with brands that want credible voices to strengthen their visibility and reputation with customers.
