Radial is a fast-growing network of mental health practices reimagining psychiatry with breakthrough treatments like TMS, neurofeedback, and Spravato®. We’re looking for a versatile freelance designer to support our growing marketing needs.

What you’ll do

• Design and update B2B sales materials, decks, and one-pagers
• Manage ongoing updates to our Webflow site (new pages, SEO tweaks, optimizations)
• Create signage, event collateral, and local marketing assets
• Tackle ad-hoc design needs (graphics, banners, employee badges, etc.)
• Ensure everything we put out reflects Radial’s premium, human brand

What we’re looking for

• Strong marketing design portfolio (healthcare experience a plus, not required)
• Experience with Webflow (comfortable making updates, not just visuals)
• Ability to balance structured projects with smaller one-off tasks
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to run with projects independently
