The Whiteboard app is the best way for your team to come together to brainstorm ideas and visualize together.

Open the Whiteboard app

If the Whiteboard app is already part of your Agenda, you can simply open the app.

To add the Whiteboard app to your Agenda or start right away, open the Apps section in your meeting and search for “Whiteboard”.

Navigating the Whiteboard app

At the top of the Whiteboard App, you can choose to see just the Notes screen, the Canvas screen, or both screen.

The Notes screen is for typed notes.

The Canvas screen is for drawings, diagrams, and charts.

Using the Notes section

Collaborative note-taking and brainstorming lives here! Type it out together as a team. Hover over the “A” button on the bottom left of the screen to see all the formatting options, including heading sizes, lists, styling options, and formatting options.
