Theory: If we liken price movements to the flow of water, prices tend to move in the direction of least resistance.

Strategy design:

• Get trade data and orderbook data.
• Calculate a “fair” price using the above two datasets.
• Market making by placing orders above and below the “fair” price.
• Place and cancel orders quickly.
