  Host themed giveaways of all kinds to award members themed items on this celebration day!

  • [x] ITEM TOSS

    • Send themed items matching our theme to active members on the main guild board.
    • Recommended Activity Budget : Approx. ~5,000 NP per member

  • [x] GOODIE BAGS

    (1) HOSTS : rozlynnwander

    • Send any variety of themed items varying to active members on the main guild board. in goodie bags through the trading post, allow members to collect these bags on a single trade lot.
      • Offer a trade with a single themed item, allow members to submit a junk offer to this trade and their offer will then be refused and a goodie bag sent to their item log. // Alternative you can offer them in the trading post a goodie bag lots but it often leads to duplicate offers.
    • Recommended Activity Budget : Approx. ~15,000 NP per member

  • [ ] RAFFLES (optional)

    (1) HOST : add your username here to host the raffles for this event.

    • Offer members a chance to earn a reward upon participating in a 'quirky questionnaire' or easy another easy participation based requirement that involves board activity and select one participant by random (or more if the budget allows) to be awarded your special prize.

    • Recommended Activity Budget : NC Voucher or themed prize ~50,000 NP

  • Optionally, pet day hosts can include a board game for active members of our private forum.

  • Recommended Activity Budget : ~100,000 NP + (1) NC Voucher
    • Pet Day Board Games are relatively low budget, however it may be exceeded if many users are active.

  Record your expenses in the log below as well as for our event budget above and follow the instructions below to claim your reimbursement

  • SPENDING LOG add NP spent to the 'accumulating expenses' field above to show how much of our budget remains to be used by you and other hosts. You may exceed the expected budget when many users are active. don't sweat it.
  • Post the amount spent in our #bank thread on discord with a trade link (or Kate's inbox) and we'll compensate you for all expenses. Please ensure that you always send a bank request for all guild related purchases.

  Check off your spending log line item once this last step is complete.
