I've been a passionate writer ever since I can remember and an ardent bookworm for even longer. My first short story was published at the age of 15. Since then, I've been crafting quality content that resonates with the right audiences, gives credibility to organisations, and — ultimately — builds trust.
CSOB Bank, Bratislava, Slovakia, from May 2023
Goal: To cultivate and sustain a unique persona for the bank's chatbot, Kate.
Activities: Attractive and understandable conversational experiences with the bank virtual assistant Kate. Developing a distinct personality for Kate. Training the language model and thus helping Kate understand her users. Researching language used by the users (conversation mining). Testing the effectiveness of individual dialogues. Collaborating extensively with data scientists, developers, designers and business owners.

Freelancing ever since it was (legally) possible. Dozens of clients, hundreds of articles, thousands of words, and a million little experiences accumulated. Often working externally, and many times in-house.

Goal: To encourage and help motivated UX Writing Academy students break into the UX Writing field.
Activities: Providing oral and written feedback on students' exercises. Mentoring and motivating students. Participating in Q&A sessions to answer students' questions about all aspects of UX Writing. Explaining basic UX principles. Successfully preparing students for job interviews.
Main deliverable: Helping passionate people feel confident in themselves and land jobs in companies such as Royal Bank of Canada, and Meta.

Just Eat Takeaway.com, Remote, June 2021 — February 2023
Goal: To empower every food moment with a clear and helpful UX copy.
Activities: Conducting regular UX copy audits on B2B2C digital products. Working on the redesign of the onboarding flow of JET POS (restaurant management system). Writing for new features of JET Pay (meal benefit solution for employees) and ensuring that copy is consistent. Extensive collaboration with the design team. Managing translations of new copy elements into 10 languages. Creating style guides. Participating in user interviews and using feedback from users to improve the product. Extensive collaboration with the UX Research team. Reviewing articles for the tech blog.
Main deliverable: Creating elegant copy solutions that make complex digital products easy to understand and love. Advocating for texts that are based on data.

habitable.co, Remote, June 2020 — February 2023
Goal: To provide quality content design services and write content pieces that bring value to a premium CX digital agency.
Activities: Conducting UX copy audits in FinTech organisations, and documenting the process to help clients understand what has been done, why it matters and what needs to be done in the future. Designing in-house white papers, and blog articles and providing copy support on the website redesign project. The main areas of focus are digital onboarding solutions for banks, customer journey mapping, and technical documentation.
Main deliverable: Redesigning copy in the onboarding process of a leading digital bank in Central Europe, thus reducing the drop-out rate from a staggering 85% to nearly half**.**

Fourmeta Digital Agency, Remote, September 2018 — October 2019
Goal: To set up the content strategy and help transform the company from a startup to an established agency.
Activities: Developing content strategy from zero & aligning it with the business goals. Content Design. UX Writing & Research internally and on clients' projects. Managing an online community of over 53k followers. Assigning and overseeing the work of our intern.
Main deliverable: On Instagram only, the social media strategy I implemented gained 16k members of the community within 3 months and increased the website clicks by 156%.

Confucius Institute Bratislava, Bratislava, Slovakia, January 2016 — February 2017
Goal: To ideate, plan, organise and host cultural events promoting the Chinese language and culture in Slovakia.
Activities: Working closely with the Director of the Confucius Institute during the ideation process. Organizing the event's timeline. Supporting performers (dancers, singers, poets, etc.) Coping with unexpected challenges (power outages). Establishing cooperation between the Institute and my high school.
Main deliverable: Hosting several high-profile events in the centre of Bratislava on Námestie SNP and Hlavné námestie.
