These are the books that helped me rebuild my life — mentally, emotionally, and creatively.

I don’t recommend anything lightly. These are the ones that actually changed something in me.

🧠 Masculinity & Self-Worth

📖 No More Mr. Nice GuyDr. Robert Glover

Helped me stop people-pleasing and start taking responsibility for my life. The only book ever that I have re-read twice. Heavily recommend it to all men (and women, since women might also learn something from this)

📖 Models: Attract Women Through HonestyMark Manson

The second book I’ve ever re-read — and with good reason. It’s not just about dating, but about becoming a better, more authentic version of yourself. This one was a very important read because at the time, there was a lot of “pickup artist” nonsense online which can only work for certain people for one night stands etc. But if you want a genuine relationship, this one is incredibly important.

📖 The Way of the Superior ManDavid Deida

A powerful take on masculinity, purpose, and presence. I don’t agree with everything, but it made me think deeper. It is not to be taken too seriously, as it talks about things like “masculine and feminine energy” which are almost spiritual concepts, rather than factual ones. But if you don’t mind a tone like that, I think it is very much worth reading.

🎯 Discipline & Creative Resistance

📖 Deep WorkCal Newport

This book I definitely need to revisit, but what I do remember is this; this book made me understand the value of deep work and focus and made me realize that it is indeed a real thing. Getting to a flow state is very much possible and it is necessary if you want to build something real that takes a lot of effort. Therefore, this one is highly recommended.

📖 Atomic HabitsJames Clear

Not just about habits — it’s about identity and momentum. This one I need to re-read soon as one of my friends talked about starting this book and told me how amazing it has been, yet I have forgotten most of it. Why do I still recommend it? Because I remember it was very interesting from start to finish and indeed contains useful tips and ways to look at things.
