• The user's session booking will be cancelled if payment is not received at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• Rescheduling the session

  To reschedule, please contact at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled session for a free reschedule.

  Reschedules within 2 hours will not be refunded.

  Cancellations within 2 hours will not be refunded.

Cancellation by the Doctor

In case of cancellation from our end, free rescheduling or refund is available at any time. Please contact drdeepakpsychiatrist@gmail.com for further details.

If, due to unforeseeable technical glitches or delays from our end, a booked session is not completed in its entirety, please contact drdeepakpsychiatrist@gmail.com for a refund or rescheduling.
