This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed in the BookTracker app and how it is protected.
Article 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
BookTracker processes personal information for the following purposes.
- Providing account registration and login features
- Identifying and managing user accounts
- Storing and synchronizing user data such as books, collections, receipts, and reading records
- Providing reading statistics, calendars, and reports
- Responding to inquiries and improving the service
- Processing account deletion and data deletion requests
Article 2. Personal Information We Process
BookTracker may process the following information to provide the service.
- Account information: email address and login provider information
- Profile information: name, profile image, or avatar information
- Service usage information: registered books, collections, receipts, reading records, ratings, reviews, memos, and statistics data
- Local data: recent search keywords, temporary receipt data, and other data stored on the device
- Inquiry information: email address and inquiry details provided by the user
BookTracker does not collect government-issued identification numbers such as resident registration numbers, passport numbers, or driver's license numbers.
Article 3. Retention and Use Period
Personal information is retained while the user uses the BookTracker service.
When a user deletes their account, server data linked to the account will be deleted and cannot be restored.
