Book Brilliance Publishing is a UK-based publishing company where I provide direct operational and executive support to the Founder.

I own inbox and calendar operations, CRM-style tracking systems, and end-to-end event coordination.


The Situation

The Founder manages outreach, events, clients, and publishing workflows simultaneously. The challenges included: • High-volume LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups • Webinar coordination with external speakers • Manual tracking that risked missed responses • Growing event logistics
