Demo/Current stage

In production and live. Bonfires ingests data from Telegram, Discord, meeting transcripts, etc., processes it into episodes every 20 minutes, and builds a knowledge graph. Tested at ETH Boulder with ~85 users and ~850 queries. Features include a chat interface for querying the graph and "hyperblocks" — structured articles minted from graph sections.
