Iām a Ph.D. student in political science at the Wilf Family Department of Politics, New York University.
My research mainly focuses on authoritarian regimes ā bureaucracy, civil conflicts, rebel groups, information control, and some topics related to what people now call historical political economy ā with a regional focus on China and other East Asian countries.
Prior to joining NYU, I earned an M.A. in Analytical Political Economy from Duke University, alongside a Bachelor of Economics, with a major in Finance, from the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China.
