By downloading, accessing, or using BodyWeight AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BodyWeight AI. By creating an account or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features

BodyWeight AI offers premium features through Apple In-App Purchase.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
