Our board of directors meets regularly to review company performance, provide strategic guidance, and help us navigate key decisions as we grow.

Frequency:

Board meetings occur approximately once per quarter. Additional ad hoc meetings may be scheduled as needed.

Purpose:

Each meeting includes a review of financials, key business metrics, product updates, and strategic priorities. The goal is to align on direction, share context, and get feedback from our board to help us execute with focus and clarity.

Accessing past recaps:

We share a short internal recap with the company after each meeting. You can find past recaps in the #announce-company channel. All board decks are also available in our shared google drive folder (search for board meetings).
