Blocs are the main content of your page.
Text, image, video, buttons, timer, progress bar, spacer and section for custom code.
The only setting they all have in common is the padding (margins).
The text bloc will be the one you will use the most, as your copy writing is the most important thing to make sales.
The settings of this block are just the padding (see above) and the width.
The customization you will use the most is the panel to modify the format of the text.
Just select the words you want to modify in your text (click and drag) and the panel will open.
