1. Getting started

Overview

Birdline is a collaborative creative operations platform that centralizes campaign planning, briefs, tasks, asset production, and performance insights in one workspace. It combines a structured document editor, a task tracker, AI-assisted writing and image generation, and ad performance reporting.

Global navigation

The top-right header provides persistent access to:

• Team Presence (people icon with count): view which teammates are currently online or offline.
• Brand: jump to your organization's brand assets library.
• Account Menu (profile icon): opens Settings (Account, Organization, Subscription).
• Logout (door icon): sign out of your session.

The main workspace is organized around three top-level tabs: Campaigns, Tasks, and Insights.
