How is my payment processed?

We process our payments via Stripe. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, 3DS, and Union Pay credit cards. Keep in mind that if you add a payment method and subscribe to a paid plan, you will be charged for the month in advance on that added payment method.

When will I be charged?

You’ll see a charge when you upgrade the account. Every time you upgrade your plan, buy DU's (Data Units) or Data Rows we will reset your payment period unless you chose a yearly plan. For yearly plans every-time you buy additional DU's, Data Rows or Users we will not reset your billing period.

You will receive two different invoices. One for your plan and users and another one for DU's.

For yearly plans we will in advance once you upgrade. If you choose to cancel we will do so at the end of the billing period.

Usage-based pricing

Usage-based pricing is only available on the Enterprise plan. You must contact your rep to enable it. Once enabled, whenever you exceed the maximum number of DU's the system will start charging your per DU at the per Task pricing. Additional DU's will be billed at the end of each month.

Note

If you are on a Free, Individual or Team plan, your Pipelines and Charts will stop running once your DU limit is reached. In order to keep your Pipelines and Charts running, you will have to upgrade to a higher-tiered plan or buy additional DU's.
