Billing cycle

After you subscribe to a Picksell Platform plan and your account got Live status, every 30 days you will be billed for the tariff (including monthly subscription and transactions fees) and every 7 days for provided delivery service.

We will send the invoices by mail, and also display it in your personal Picksell account.

To check your paid and active bills please go to Settings —> Billing.

<aside> 💡 If a bill is not paid in 2 weeks the service could be blocked by Picksell.

What payment methods are available to pay for your bills

You can pay each bill with two methods: via Picksell Pay in your personal Picksell account or by invoice. You will receive invoices by mail and also can download it from your Picksell account.

You can pay bills from different bank accounts.

For now only billing in Euro is available.

Payments Terms & Conditions

Please check carefully the terms below:

• Bill due date is always two weeks from the bill issue date for all bills.
• A store is blocked in case any bill is not paid before the due date.
• While being blocked a store is not visible for customers and not available for new orders. Orders made before blockage are still active and pending to be fulfilled.
• All management and setting tools are deactivated while a store is blocked.
• A store is automatically unblocked as soon as all pending bills are paid.
