Billing cycle

After you subscribe to a Picksell Platform plan and your account got Live status, every 30 days you will be billed for the tariff (including monthly subscription and transactions fees) and every 7 days for provided delivery service.

We will send the invoices by mail, and also display it in your personal Picksell account.

To check your paid and active bills please go to Settings —> Billing.

If a bill is not paid in 2 weeks the service could be blocked by Picksell.

What payment methods are available to pay for your bills

You can pay each bill with two methods: via Picksell Pay in your personal Picksell account or by invoice. You will receive invoices by mail and also can download it from your Picksell account.

You can pay bills from different bank accounts.

For now only billing in Euro is available.
