You can pause your subscription up to two times per year for a total of up to six months per year. Just send us an email or give us a call.
We have no minimum terms. You can cancel any subscription up to one week before the end of the current billing month. If you have chosen annual billing, we will refund any unused months upon request.

If you want to change your credit card, please send us an email. We will then send you an individual link with which you can edit the credit card.
For annual billing, you can also pay by bank transfer instead of credit card. If you want to change this, just send us an email or call us.
You can switch between monthly billing and annual billing (with -17% discount) at any time. Just send us an email or give us a call.
You will receive your invoices regularly by email. On request, we will send you an individual link with which you can view and download all previous invoices. Just send us an email or give us a call.
