How can I use Golden for free?

Any user can register for an account for Golden to contribute, edit, read any topics that exist, have limited access to the query tool and lists for free.

How is the free plan different from the Organization plans?

Any user can register an account for Golden to contribute, edit, and read any topics that exist. Free, Pro, and Enterprise users have access to research tools such as the Query Tool, Lists, and Research Requests, however you must upgrade to a Pro or Enterprise Plan in order to unlock premium features such as Exporting, setting alerts on Saved Queries, and seeing more than 10 results in a Query.

In order to unlock the Research Request system, a user must upgrade to an Enterprise account.

What are the discounts on yearly plans?

We offer an 10% discount to organizations that use the Yearly billing option. More information can be found on our pricing page. Note: You can switch from Monthly to Yearly at any time in your Organization Settings.

I have multiple workspaces. Does the Pro or Enterprise plan apply for both?

No. Each workspace has it's own billing cycle and will require two separate payments.
