- Event Dates: 8am Monday, December 28 2026 to 6pm Friday, January 1 2027
- Staff/Volunteer Arrival: From Sunday, December 27, 2026 (afternoon/evening).
- Address: Barunah Plains, 4484 Hamilton Highway, Hesse, Victoria, Australia, 3321 on Wadawurrung and Eastern Maar Land, approximately 1.5 hours' drive west of Melbourne CBD
- Transport Options: You are solely responsible for getting yourself to BTV. There are no direct public transport options available. Standard vehicle passes will be provided to staff members who wish to drive - volunteers can purchase a car pass at a fee. The Workforce Shuttle Bus will be available from Melbourne on December 27, and from the event on January 1st only. There is a fee for bus tickets.
