A six-week coaching experience for introverts who want deeper friendships
If surface-level conversations have you stuck, you’re not broken, or weak. You’re introverted. And this program is designed for you!
In college, I had a “best friend breakup”…and that was my only friend. I fell into a deep depression because I had put all my eggs in one basket, and suddenly I had nothing.
I remember staring in the mirror after months of loneliness, asking myself: What’s the point? Is it even worth the risk if trying to be an awesome friend still leaves me empty-handed and potentially rejected again?
But then I had a turning point. I looked myself in the mirror and decided I didn’t want to be lonely anymore.
So, I made a radical New Year’s resolution: eat a meal with someone different on campus every single day and get to know their story. I ended up with over 250 “meal dates” with strangers, which completely transformed my confidence, my friendships, and my life.
Here’s the kicker: I was (and still am) an introvert. I hated small talk. I carried 50 cue cards in my pocket in case of awkward silence. But through trial and error, I found the tools to break through the barrier of small talk to build the friendships I was desperate to find, and now, I want to hand those tools to you.
Today, I’m a keynote speaker, podcaster, and certified friendship coach on a mission to help people build rich friendships that last.
My work has been featured in Brit + Co, Bloomberg, and Success Magazine, and I host the Accidentally Intentional Podcast, one of the top friendship podcasts worldwide.
