- Findem - this is still in beta, but built by great engineers and you can pay for qualified candidates (any function) who have already expressed interest in the company/ role.

- Biased as investors, but Gem! And It’s free for founders/early stage companies
- Top Funnel, but like any service they are only as good as what you put into it. Although it's mostly self-running, the more feedback and encouragement you give to the team the better the results.

UI is a little clunky but the results are really strong. They have a service offering that will help companies tailor outreach as well - especially good for smaller companies without their own recruiters.
