- Lower the barrier of entry for new Playback (Beta) users
Timeline:
- Share your room link with a clear caption of time/date for the watch party. Do this 24+ hours ahead of time
- Re-share the link to your room 1 hour before the event start
- Occasionally follow up with tweets reminding people you are live (QT yourself with excitement)
- Utilize the tweet thread to share info and other promotional materials as needed
Messaging:
- Describe the sign up process
- Input email, create user name, authenticate cable provider/streaming service
- Stress 3 easy steps. Takes less than 2 mins etc.
- Use language which makes it seem easy.
- You will lose people who will incorrectly think signing up is difficult.
- Encourage users to download the iOS app on Test Flight (Android coming soon!)
