Salary

While we're a small company, we want everyone to be comfortable, so we offer salaries competitive within the industry. Salaries are based on the Melbourne market, regardless of where employees are based.

Salaries are reviewed annually and increased alongside inflation, experience, responsibility and performance.

Equity

Disco offers all employees meaningful equity via our Employee Share Ownership Plan.

Profit Sharing

Disco offers a Profit Sharing Scheme to all employees, as a way for everyone on the team to share our successes.

Flexible Working

Leave

Full time employees are entitled to four weeks' annual leave, personal/carer's leave, paid and unpaid parental leave, compassionate leave and community service leave as per the Australian National Employment standards.

We have a company-wide day off every third Wednesday as an opportunity for a mid-week relax and recharge.

Disco provides an additional two weeks fully paid parental leave to all full time employees.

Hours

We have a flexible work policy that's designed to help people fit work around life, not the other way around. We're happy to accommodate early/late starts for school pickups, easing a commute, or other ongoing commitments.

The important things to us is that communication between team members keeps flowing as needed and the work gets done.

Working from home

As an extension of our flexible work policy, employees are welcome to request one or more work from home days each week.
