Instructions:
1 Step out with left foot, and move flag clockwise in front of you, and as the flag gets to 2 switch flag to thumbs up on left hand
2 Flag is up, left hand thumbs up, weight is on the left foot
3 Start to turn to your right, flag still moving, left foot moving to pivot in front of you again
4 switch hands, transfer flag back to your right hand which will grab the flag thumbs up, and as you let go with your left hand, keep turning to your right
5 Flag is down during it’s spin, your left foot will lift up and you will start to face front again.
6 Flag is up during it’s spin, your feet are to together and you are facing front
7 Flag is down, your left hand will grab flag, you let go with your right to adjust, and then re-grab with your right hand.
8 Flag is returned to vertical
