Oversaw the grand opening of the Beaverton Wellness Center.

Staff Open House

Worked with our 17 clinics and administration office to coordinate a 1/2 day staff-only celebration of the new clinic. Worked with union and leadership to organize transportation and a celebration event for all staff.

VIP Ribbon Cutting event

Designed and executed a VIP event for all donors, sponors, electeds and media.

• Collaborated with the Development Team to create an event that would prioritize the generosity of all corporate and individual donors.

• Oversaw all element of the event, including:

• Venue selection and setup

• Vendor management

• Program scheduling and timing

• Speaker coordination

• Media invitations and press packets

• Registration and check-in process

• Budget and timeline organization
